What is The Inclusion Quotient?

The Inclusion Quotient (iQ) represents an approach to DEI that focuses on two key perspectives on DEI.

  •  Inclusion as the primary pillar and foundation of truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations.

  • Mission, Vision, Values …Culture/DEI…Brand attributes/positioning are all interconnected and vital components of building and sustaining healthy and successful organizations.

My work focuses on uncovering the value of the “INCLUSION QUOTIENT” (iQ) through two key

points of understanding.

  • Building an inclusive culture requires personal engagement and self-reflection in a professional context to foster collective growth for impactful and sustainable organizational change.

  • The real change around DEI happens at individual and very personal levels through changes in thinking, behavior, and personal accountability.

Overall, I advocate for a more expansive view of inclusion that embraces the experience at an individual, communal, and societal level…driving impact beyond the employee base to consumers, stakeholder’s, suppliers, and communities beyond the “organizational walls”. Inclusion is a mindset and approach to organizational culture that ideally should function as an authentic expression of your brand mission, vision, and values internally and externally.
